    just wait till ur not sore and u feel recovered wether thats once a week or twice a week or even three times a week i would think once a week till u get in shape then go for twice a week

    ur fuqing 6’10 lol im 5’11 and can almost dunk im white…never worked on my hops at all..now im going to because if i can get 6 more inches on my vertical my momentum on takeoff will be rediculous. (and i will post a vid later once im able to dunk)
